Hotel & Guest Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: From 12:00 PM, Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
* Guests arriving early may request early check-in, subject to room availability and applicable charges.
* Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2. Valid ID Requirement

* All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

* For Indian guests, accepted identification should comply with applicable hotel and government requirements.

3. Guest & Booking Policy

  • The guest making the reservation must provide accurate booking and identification details.
  • The hotel reserves the right to verify guest information at check-in.
  • Additional guests are subject to the maximum occupancy of the booked room.
  • Any additional person or extra bed is subject to availability and applicable charges.

4. Unmarried Couples Policy

Hotel Buddha International does not accept bookings for unmarried couples. Guests may be required to provide proof of marriage/relationship status where applicable. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in where the booking does not meet this policy.

5. Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or members of their group during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for such damage.

6. Alcohol & Restricted Items

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bihar State. Possession, storage, consumption or use of prohibited substances or restricted items on hotel premises is strictly not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or take appropriate action where required by law.

7. Weapons & Dangerous Items

Weapons, firearms, explosives and other dangerous or prohibited items are not permitted on hotel premises, except where specifically permitted by applicable law and authorized authorities.

8. Visitor Policy

Visitors are permitted only in accordance with hotel security and guest registration procedures. Visitors may be required to present valid identification and register at the front desk. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

9. Group & Tour Operator Bookings

Special rates may be available for tour operators, pilgrimage groups, corporate groups and other group bookings. Group rates, room allocation, meal plans and payment conditions are subject to prior agreement and availability.
